Team versus team: each team plays its own room and the winners are crowned straight afterwards, which makes a natural bridge to the next item on the programme.

Tip: free times, weekday daytime too, are shown directly in the calendar. Want every team to start together? Pick the same start time in several rooms when the calendar shows that time free in the rooms.
If your conference is in Majorna, the trip to Gråberget is short. There are hotels by Chapmans torg and in the old porter brewery at Klippan, from where the walk takes 10–15 and 15–20 minutes respectively. Meeting at Järntorget? Take tram 3 or 11 out to Mariaplan instead and walk the last stretch uphill.
A sample day: a meeting in the morning, lunch together at Mariaplan and the game straight afterwards. Around the square you will find pizza, tapas, Italian food and a fishmonger that serves lunch. Allow 90 minutes with us, then head back to the meeting room with a result to discuss.
Four rooms take up to 20 participants at a time. A bigger department splits into two rounds, and the group that is waiting can run its own workshop in the meantime. The rooms range from Easy/Medium to Medium/Hard, so you can mix new and experienced players in each team. Participants under 18 play one of the three rooms with a minimum age of 12, as Hotel Shakespeare requires everyone on the team to be 18 or over.

09:00 meeting at your hotel or office, 11:30 walk or short taxi ride to us, 11:45 briefing, 12:00 games in all rooms in parallel, 13:00 results and winners, 13:15 lunch at a restaurant nearby. The session works just as well at 15:00–16:30 as an energiser before dinner.
Every time that can be booked is shown in the calendar, weekday daytime included. Book early and you have more times to choose from.
You pay on site by card or Swish. We do not accept cash. Companies that cannot pay by card can be invoiced; tell the staff on site if you need an e-invoice.
Mix departments. With 3–5 people per room you get the best game. We can help set the teams on site if you like.
The price per game is adults SEK 325, students and seniors SEK 250 and children under 15 SEK 185 per person, incl. VAT. The total is shown in the booking before you confirm.
