Booking terms
Booking
Bookings are made via escapehouse.se, by phone or by email. A booking is binding once you have received a confirmation with a booking number. The recommended number of players is stated per room; larger parties book several rooms.
Price and payment
Prices are per person and room, including VAT. Standard prices are adults SEK 325, students/seniors SEK 250 and children under 15 SEK 185. Current prices per city are on the Prices page and are shown in the booking flow before you confirm. Payment is made on site when you visit, by card or Swish. Cash is not accepted. Companies that cannot pay by card can be invoiced – tell the staff on site if you need an e-invoice. Gift cards can be used as payment.
Cancellation
Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before the booked time – contact the venue (phone and e-mail are in the confirmation). Later cancellations and no-shows are charged SEK 500 per booked room.
Game time and arrival
Arrive 10 minutes before your booked time. Late arrival shortens the game accordingly. The game lasts 60 minutes.
Age and safety
Children under 12 play together with an adult. Some rooms contain scary elements or adult themes and have a higher age limit. Alcohol may not be consumed on the premises and visibly intoxicated guests may be refused without refund. Doors can always be opened from the inside.
Gift cards
Gift cards are bought online at escapehouse.se and paid through Worldline. Cards for people cover the number of adults, students/seniors and children chosen at purchase. Monetary cards cover the purchased value in SEK. Both are valid for 12 months from purchase for our escape room experiences at all venues in Gothenburg, Norrköping, Jönköping, Västerås, Linköping and Lund. The code is e-mailed automatically once the payment is approved. Cards for people are shown on site; monetary cards can be used when booking or on site. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift cards bought on site are created by our staff.
Cameras and audio in the game rooms
Our game rooms are monitored by video and audio during play so that the game master can follow the game, give hints and intervene for safety reasons. The monitoring is based on legitimate interest (game mastering and safety) and is a condition of playing. Accepting these booking terms does not mean that you consent to recordings being used to develop games or train AI systems – any such use would require separate, voluntary consent from each participant. Questions: allinfo@escapehouse.se. See our privacy policy for retention periods and your rights.
