Kick-off in Jönköping: a session between Elmia and dinner
Holding your conference at Elmia or Jönköping Konsert & Kongress? The area is about 4 km from Jönköping C, so take the bus into the centre from the Elmia or Rosenlundsbadet stop, or drive. Staying at a hotel near the Resecentrum travel centre? Then Östra Storgatan 3 is a 7–8 minute walk. Kulturhuset Spira on Lake Munksjön also hosts conferences and is about ten minutes away on foot.
Allow roughly 90 minutes with us from arrival, briefing included. Put the session late in the afternoon and go straight on to dinner in Öster or at Bauers brygga. Exhibiting at Elmia Subcontractor in November? Many business travellers are in town during the fair, and an evening game gives the stand team something else to talk about.
The whole group can be up to 28 people at the same time. The twin rooms Dungeons – The Shadow and The Darkness take 2–5 players each and let two departments compete when both rooms have the same start time free. Wonderland holds the most, up to seven. The Hotel requires everyone to be 15 or older and suits those who can handle a scare.

Frequently asked questions
What does a sample conference day look like?
09:00 meeting at your hotel or office, 11:30 walk or short taxi ride to us, 11:45 briefing, 12:00 games in all rooms in parallel, 13:00 results and winners, 13:15 lunch at a restaurant nearby. The session works just as well at 15:00–16:30 as an energiser before dinner.
Can you take us in the middle of a weekday?
Every time that can be booked is shown in the calendar, weekday daytime included. Book early and you have more times to choose from.
How do we pay?
You pay on site by card or Swish. We do not accept cash. Companies that cannot pay by card can be invoiced; tell the staff on site if you need an e-invoice.
How do we split into teams?
Mix departments. With 3–5 people per room you get the best game. We can help set the teams on site if you like.
What does it cost?
The price per game is adults SEK 325, students and seniors SEK 250 and children under 15 SEK 185 per person, incl. VAT. The total is shown in the booking before you confirm.
