Escape House Västerås is open again at the same address, Gjutare Granströms gata 2, and a gift card gives the recipient an evening there. The gift card is bought online and is valid for 12 months, and the recipient chooses the room and the time.
Think about who is getting it. A family with children aged 10 and over can choose The Space Station or The Bunker. Siblings who compete over everything can face off in two identical rooms, Dungeons – The King and Dungeons – The Emperor, with 2–4 per team. Horror fans get The Asylum, for 2–6 players aged 13 and over and rated Hard.
Pair the gift with an outing in town. Vallby Friluftsmuseum holds an old-fashioned Christmas market, and Skultuna brassworks, 10 km north of Västerås, holds one in November.
