What does a two-round schedule look like?
Round 1: 13:00 briefing, 13:15 games in all rooms (60 min), 14:20 results. Round 2: 14:30 briefing, 14:45 games, 15:50 results and a joint prize ceremony. The waiting group can take a break at a café nearby. About 3.5 hours in total.
What is the maximum group size?
Per round you can be up to 24 people at the same time. With two rounds roughly double in one afternoon or evening; even larger groups are split over two days.
How long does a round take?
90 minutes including the briefing. Two rounds with a break take about 3.5 hours.
What does it cost?
