Christmas gift in Lund: a gift card for a room in Norra Fäladen
A gift card bought in December is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, so the recipient can save the game for summer if that suits them better. The card is bought online and can be used in Lund or at any of the other five venues. In Lund the recipient chooses between four rooms: Prison Break and Trapped, rated Medium, The Chapel, rated Medium/Hard, and Black Market, which is scary and rated Hard.
Think about who will play. Black Market needs at least three players and is for ages 13 and up, so it suits a group of friends who like horror. Trapped takes up to 8 and works for a whole family with children aged 10 and over. If the recipient lives in Malmö, it is 10–15 minutes by local train to Lund and then bus 5 north.
Pair the gift with a day in Lund during Vinterlund, which runs from the first Sunday of Advent into February. The Christmas market on Domkyrkoplatsen is held in December. After the game, Sankt Hans backar is right next to the venue, and when there is snow people go sledging there.
