Can you outwit the notorious archaeologist?

Östra Storgatan 3, Jönköping
Lock up the bride or groom and see if the gang manages to get them out in time. A perfect start to the day, before dinner, or as a surprise. In Jönköping we have 5 rooms, so bigger parties split up and compete.
Rooms for 2–8 people; larger parties split over several rooms and race for the best time.
We are happy to arrange a small surprise in the room. Mention it in the booking.
Combine with a gift card for the couple.
No alcohol on the premises, so save the toast for dinner afterwards.
A bachelorette or bachelor party in Jönköping can start by Lake Vättern. In Gränna you can watch polkagris candy being boiled, pulled and twisted, and some candy makers let you try it yourselves. Or take the roughly 25-minute ferry to Visingsö and ride a remmalag, a horse-drawn wagon with a guiding driver. Book your game at Östra Storgatan 3 for when you are back in town, and dinner is close at hand.
Choose the room to suit the guest of honour. Does the bride or groom love horror? The Hotel, for 3–6 players aged 15+, is about guests vanishing at The Red Monarch hotel. Wonderland, with the White Rabbit and a never-ending tea party, takes up to seven. A competitive group can split across the twin rooms Dungeons – The Shadow and The Darkness, 2–5 players each, when both have the same start time free. A big group fits too: the five rooms take up to 28 people at once.
The evening carries on nearby: Bauers brygga on Lake Munksjön is four minutes away and Tändsticksområdet about ten. In season HV71 play ice hockey at Husqvarna Garden in Rosenlund, and Kulturhuset Spira has after-work shows for those who prefer a stage to the stands.

An escape room is a game where you are locked in a themed room and have 60 minutes to find clues, crack codes and solve puzzles to get out. You do not need to be strong or fast, just curious and good at working together. A game master follows you on camera and gives hints if you get stuck.
Most rooms suit 2–6 players; some take up to 8. The recommended number is shown on each room. Larger groups book several rooms, with the same start time when the calendar has that time free in the rooms. Several of our rooms come in two identical versions so two teams can race each other. How many can play at the same time depends on the venue and is shown on the team-building page for each city.
The game itself is 60 minutes. Allow about 90 minutes in total including the introduction before and the debrief afterwards. Please arrive 10 minutes before your booked time.

It depends on the room. We have everything from family-friendly adventures like Wonderland to horror rooms like The Asylum, The Hotel and The Dollhouse. Every room is labelled with its theme and whether it has scary elements. Difficulty is a separate thing, shown on its own. Want to know more about a particular room, for example whether there are actors? Ask the venue before you book.
No. The door can always be opened from the inside and the game master can stop the game at any time. We follow the safety rules for public premises.
No. No prior knowledge and no special clothing is needed. Bring reading glasses if you need them. Does someone in your group have limited mobility? What we have checked about accessibility is shown on the room’s page. Otherwise ask the venue before you book. We recommend not drinking alcohol before the game; it makes the puzzles noticeably harder.
It varies between rooms and cities. Wheelchair-accessible rooms are labelled on the site, for example The Detectives in Gothenburg. Contact the venue before booking and we will help.
